This beautiful and spacious 5 bedroom lake house is every cottage lovers' dream! Relax and have fun with your family and friends on the beautiful and highly desirable Bobs Lake. Our cottage is winterized and can be enjoyed all 4 seasons (snowmobile/ATV/hiking/cross-country skiing on K&P trails). Come for excellent swimming, kayaking, SUPing, peddle boating, fishing and roasting marshmallows by the large firepit. There is a shallow water entrance for younger cottagers. We host many large family and friends’ gatherings and they make truly incredible lifetime memories!
And...the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking!

The open concept living room and kitchen are perfect for gathering together, and the large windows offer stunning views of the lake and provide ample natural light. A centerpiece stone wood fireplace adds to the room's charm. The décor includes comfortable seating arrangements and a mix of earthy tones, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It is perfect for those cozy days and evenings. With comfortable seating on the sectional couch or at the dining table, it is the ideal space to gather with your family and friends and play a variety of board games. Whether you're settling in for a quiet night in or enjoying a lively game night, the living room is a great place to relax and unwind!
Kitchen
A large fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, with all new stainless steel appliances including the electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pots/pans, coffee maker, French press, kettle, spices, condiments and all the cookware to make a gourmet meal! There's plenty of seating at the dining table or in the 3-season screened-in porch for outdoor dining.
Bedrooms
The spacious bedrooms are spread out over two floors, each with its own unique décor, so guests can have their own private space to relax in. There are 5 bedrooms, with a variety of bed sizes, so it can comfortably accommodate a large family or a group of friends.

Workspace
The workspace in the master "Lakeview" bedroom is a perfect spot for those who need to work while away on vacation. The two large computer screens on a desk with a cushiony chair provide ample space and comfort for a productive work environment.
Activities
There are plenty of indoor games such as board games, cards, puzzles, colouring/activity books, legos and a collection of reading books for indoor entertainment. For outdoor fun, we have variety of lawn games such as corn holes, ring toss, bocce ball, croquet and sand toys. A large trampoline is set up (except during Winter) and a zipline for kids to thoroughly enjoy and share many giggles.
Other features
Situated on beautiful Bobs Lake, this large lake house features hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy a cup of fresh coffee on the dock listening to the call of the loons swimming by or watch the sunset from the large and impressive deck with a nice glass of wine.
An on-site boat launch is available, which is a rare amenity on the lake. There is ample space at the large dock to dock your boat, pontoon or seadoo. A lovely marina is located just a few minutes across the lake to fill up your boat with gas and to get a delicious ice cream treat at their charming corner store!
Other features include a full bathroom on each floor, Wi-Fi, Smart TV. Some cleaning supplies, kitchen linens, bedding and bathroom towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, fire logs are provided. Firewood is also provided.

Who We Are
We love to travel and when we do, we almost always book Airbnbs or private vacation rentals. Hosting our family and friends since being together is something we have always enjoyed. We purchased this wonderful Lake House in the spring of 2020. As we are now very busy with our kids' activities in the city, we decided it would be a good idea to share our family Lake House with others. We both love meeting people and look forward to connecting with you as a host or traveler. We will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
